The staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel was clean enough! beds were reasonably comfortable. i had no real issues . The staff addressed any concerns promptly.

lovely view clean room comfortable stay
The location suited me well. it was close to tram stops, cliffs being the nearest. it was an easy place to find, . i had a lovely view from my sea view room. everything was nice and clean. The stay felt comfortable.
The room was very warm and i had to keep the fan on at night. It was only a minor disturbance though.

the staff were very helpful and nice! anthea decorated our door with birthday banners, it was a thoughtful touch. the icon show was enjoyable!
the lifts were quite small, it was tricky with a wheelchair.

surprisingly lovely visit
attentive staff many options quick service clean rooms
I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very attentive. The breakfast has many options including a full english. The bar service was quick and efficient. I found the rooms clean and at the right temperature, which I appreciate.
